Sony WH-XB910N Headphone With ANC Receives Indian BIS Certification, May Launch Soon

Sony recently launched a new overhead headphone WH-XB910N which features Extra Bass and improved Active noise cancellation in the UK and some other countries. The same headphones have now received the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification which means they are going to be launched in India very soon.

The headphones feature dual noise sensors which enhance the ANC and provides a much better experience. They provide Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and supports USB Type-C charging.

The Sony WH-XB910N comes with Precise Voice Pickup Technology, which uses two built-in microphones with advanced audio signal processing, to pick the user’s voice more clearly and precisely for calls and recording.

These headphones also feature DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) to enhance the quality of the sound and also support 360 reality audio to provide an immersive surround experience.

The headphones are equipped with Adaptive Sound Control which adjusts the ambient sound automatically by sensing your location and provides an immersive sound experience whether you are on a busy noisy street or somewhere quiet.

Sony WH-XB910N has a battery life of about 30 hours and can provide a playtime of up to 4.5 hours in just 10 minutes of charging. The device features 40mm drivers with a frequency response range of 20Hz–20,000Hz.

The headphones are compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa. A carry case is offered with the headphones and together they weigh about 252 grams, The ear cups can be swivel inwards to be neatly packed in the case.

The expected price of Sony WH-XB910N in India is approx Rs. 15,500.
