Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra To Have A 5,000mAH Battery With 45W Fast Charging

Samsung is expected to release its next premium flagship Galaxy S22 as well as S22+, and a recent source claims that the S22 Ultra will feature 45W fast charging. The Galaxy S20 Ultra had 45W wired charging when it was released last year, but Samsung reduced the charging speed to 25W with the S21 Ultra this year. The current speculation, however, indicates that the Korean corporation would return to past speeds with the S22 Ultra next year.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is confirmed to have 45W (10V/4.5A) charging, according to Ice Universe, a trusted tipster. While the source did not specify whether the S22 Ultra will come with a 45W adaptor, it’s likely that you’ll have to pay extra to get those speeds.

With a 5,000 mAh battery, the Galaxy S22 Ultra passed 3C certification. Furthermore, the 3C listing indicates the Galaxy S22 Plus with a 4,500 mAh battery. Samsung is set to introduce its next premium flagship Galaxy S22 as well as S22+, and now a new report claims that the S22 Ultra will feature 45W fast charging. And due to this fast charging of 45W, it is also been speculated that the smartphone will be charged to 70% in just 35 min . Imagine leaving your phone for just half an hour and getting around 70 percent charge.

It is currently unknown whether the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus will also support 45W charging or only 25W like their predecessor.
The smartphone is expected to include two zoom lenses with changeable focal lengths, the first with a starting focal length of 3x and the second with a starting focal length of 10x.

The smartphones in the range will be available for purchase beginning in January 2022, with all versions powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 CPU. The Galaxy S22 series will not be unveiled for a few months, but more details about the smartphones will be released in the lead-up to the actual announcement.
