Samsung Galaxy S22 Renders Leaked

The design of the Samsung Galaxy S22 range is no longer a big secret, as the likely appearance of all three reported phones has already leaked. But now we have our finest look yet at the possible design of the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus, replete with some fresh details.

LetsGoDigital acquired information regarding the design of these phones from Super Roader (a South Korean former Samsung employee) and commissioned digital artist Giuseppe Spinelli (also known as Snoreyn) to create some high-quality renders of that design.

The design depicted is remarkably close to that of the Samsung Galaxy S21 series, as well as prior leaks. A metal camera block is located in the top left corner of the back, and a punch-hole camera is located in the top center of the screen. However, there are some distinctions. According to this source, the camera block is slightly less rounded than on the Samsung Galaxy S21 lineup, and the renders also reveal a flatter back – albeit that information appears to be from a separate leak that we already reported on.

Ice Universe revealed last week that the Galaxy S22 will feature a flat front and rear. This can also be seen in Snoreyn’s product photos. The edges are not as flat as they are on the iPhone 13, as this would compromise the grip.

Furthermore, there is a minimalistic difference between the S21 series and the S22 series. On the 2022 versions, the metal camera island that extends optically to the side of the device will have a less round finish.

In any case, it is apparent that Samsung will establish a wider distinction between the two base models and the top model this time around – the latter will share far more similarities with the Galaxy Note line-up. This is true for both functions and design. The Samsung S22 is expected to feature a 6.06-inch Full HD+ display. This indicates that the dimensions will be slightly smaller than they were previously.
