The specifications and other critical information of the Oppo K9s smartphone have leaked online, indicating an impending debut. An Oppo phone with the model number PERM10 received China’s 3c certification earlier this month. On TENAA, the same model number was seen. Now, it appears that Oppo is preparing to offer the aforementioned phone in China under the Oppo K9s brand.
The next OPPO K9s’ posters have been revealed. According to the photos, the smartphone will have a 120Hz display, a Snapdragon 778G mobile platform, and an X-axis linear motor for increased 4G in-game vibrations. It will be available in three color options: black, silver, and purple.
According to the TENAA listing for the OPPO K9s (PERM10 model number), it sports a 6.59-inch LTPS display with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels. It will ship with the Android 11 operating system preloaded.
The Snapdragon 778G SoC will be paired with either 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM. It will include storage options such as 128 GB / 256 GB. It has a microSD card slot for additional storage. To keep the lights on, it includes a 4,880mAh battery. The device’s 3C certification indicates that it may include support for 30W quick charging.
The K9s’ rear side has a triple camera unit with 64-megapixel, 8-megapixel, and 2-megapixel resolution. It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
To recall, Oppo launched the K9 Pro carrying a price tag of 2399 yuan (about $370) earlier this month. If online reports are to be believed, the business is about to introduce another K9 series phone with adequately good specifications.
More information regarding the K9s is expected to emerge in the coming days. It’s worth noting that Oppo has been tight-lipped about the incoming K9s smartphone’s specifications and other details. As a result, the disclosed material should be considered with suspicion.
