Oppo A53 now getting ColorOS 11.1 September Security Update with Improved System performance

Oppo has now started pushing the September Security update for their devices. Oppo A53 is another Oppo smartphone that is now getting the September Security Update. CPH2127_11_C.16  is the build number that this update is carrying.

The main change in this update is obviously the September security update but along with that there was a USB connection issue that was going on and according to Oppo, they have sorted out this problem in this update. You can have a look at the below screenshot to get more information regarding the changelog of this update.

The size that this update is carrying is almost 600 MB, so I recommend users to connect their device to stable mobile data or Wifi to avoid inconvenience while downloading the update package.

Oppo has rolled out this update via OTA that means Oppo A53 users will get the direct notification of this update, the update is currently rolled out in batches, so it may depend upon the region you are living in. In my experience, the OTA update usually takes like a day or two to complete the process. However, there is always an option of checking manually, simply go to Settings >> About Phone >> System Update, if the update is there then go ahead and download it.

Oppo A53 was released back in August 2020 and it came with Andriod 10 out of the box. It carries Qualcomm SM4250 Snapdragon 460 chipset and comes in two variants 4GB and 6GB RAM.Follow Technozix on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Subscribe to for latest Tech News.
