On Monday, October 18, the Nokia XR20 was released in India. Last week, HDM Global teased the release of the Nokia smartphone. The tough smartphone is available in the country for a starting price of Rs 46,999.
The Nokia XR20 is said to be “built for the long run,” with three years of OS updates. It has a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a max brightness of 550 nits and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. The Nokia XR20, according to HDM Global, operates even with wet fingers or gloves.
The Nokia XR20 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 CPU, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage that can be expanded with a microSD card. The chipset is intended to enable 5G connectivity in low-cost handsets.
Its dual rear cameras are housed inside a square-shaped module with a distinguishing design. A 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 13-megapixel secondary camera with an f/2.4 aperture comprise the rear camera configuration. The front-facing camera has an 8-megapixel resolution and an f/2.0 aperture.
The Nokia XR20 is available in Granite and Ultra Blue.
The phone will be available for pre-order on October 20 in Granite and Ultra Blue, and will launch on sale on October 30. Customers who are interested in purchasing the smartphone can do so through leading offline retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and Nokia.com. To recall, the Nokia XR20 went on sale in the United States for $550. (approx Rs 41,000).
