Lava, the Indian smartphone and accessories brand, is quieter these days, but things go excited as soon as the company announced that a 5G smartphone is coming soon, before Diwali. LAVA officials revealed in an earlier interview that the company will release a 5G phone.
On this website, we already posted about the LAVA premiere event that hinted at the launching of the new phone of LAVA. Now a new Lava smartphone (LF3401) receives the Indian BIS certification which could be the Agni 5G.
The Lava Agni 5G appears to feature a modern appearance, a departure from Lava’s previous dull-looking phones. The phone has a 90Hz display with low bezels and symmetrical punch-hole at the top. The phone has a triple-camera arrangement on the back, with a 64-megapixel primary camera and two additional lenses. We don’t know the specific camera combination because the product page has been removed.
Under the hood, the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. It could come standard with 4GB of RAM as well as extensible storage. The phone is claimed to include a 5,000mAh battery with rapid charging capability. It will ship with Lava’s unique skin and pre-installed apps, and it will run Android 11 out of the box. A 3.5mm headphone connector and a speaker configuration will be located at the bottom.
Let’s wait for more information for the phone and we will be updating it on our website. In the meantime, you can stay current by reading our other news stories.
